Nora Garas, RDH
In addition to her clinical experience, Nora provides training and consulting to dental practices across the GTA. She is passionate about transforming dental hygiene care and strives to challenge the stigma of scary and negative dental experiences. She advocates on behalf of her patients and delivers tailored periodontal therapy that bridges the gaps between mouth, mind and body. She believes and practices holistic dental hygiene care that considers the entire body not just the mouth. She likes to research new techniques, tools and products that her patients would love and benefit from.
When she’s not thinking about the mouth ;D Nora’s at home, in her garden or somewhere in nature with her husband and 2 daughters. She’s also parenting way too many plant babies and recently became a cat owner. So basically she’s at home sipping tea with her cat and her plants. She also loves to travel, read, DIY and sing. Sometimes she speaks in song lyrics.
So, if you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain; if you’re ready to transform your mouth and get excited about your dental hygiene appointments- reserve your visit with Nora.

Kelly Hall, RDH
My name is Kelly Hall and I am a Dental Hygienist and Orofacial Myologist with an extensive background in the field of dentistry. I am the owner of the thriving independent dental hygiene practice, Back To Your Roots: Centre for Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and provide exclusive Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy services for all ages.
My journey into the field of Orofacial Myology began when I became passionate about the strong connection between oral health and the body. I became increasingly interested in health and wellness, as I wanted to understand not only the root causes of orofacial concerns, but poor health in general. This is where the name of my company was inspired from: “Back to Your Roots”. My interest developed into a passion that drove me to look further into how the airway, craniofacial development, jaw, breathing, and tongue are all linked to our overall health, sleep, and well-being.
I am an airway-focused health advocate, educator and mentor in the field of Orofacial Myology that embraces airway health and whole body wellness. I work alongside a network of specialists and have built a powerful, highly educated network of dentists, orthodontists, doctors, and healthcare providers who now have a broad knowledge of Orofacial Myology. At Back To Your Roots, we provide a fun, caring, interactive program to instil healthy habits to breathe well, sleep well and live well.
