Dr. Adam Sidi DDS
Since completing his BDS in dentistry at Kings College London, United Kingdom. Dr. Adam has defined his career by striving for excellence and is always staying ahead of the curve in innovative dental concepts to provide his patients with the most current and cutting edge treatments. His insatiable desire to excel in his field has led him to being trained and mentored by some of the leading dentists of the world.
He is a graduate from the world-renowned Kois Center in Seattle, which focuses on advanced restorative dentistry through the newest clinical and evidence-based research.As a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association and lead of the Ontario Kois Review Group, Dr. Sidi is always plugged in to the latest in clinical dentistry.
For the past four years, Dr. Adam has been practicing at large general practices in Ancaster and North York, Ontario. Dr Adam and his family live in Burlington therefore he is committed to bettering the oral health of his community.
Dr. Adam’s warm personality and professionalism including his desire for continuous education helps drive his philosophy to provide the best for his patients.Nothing brings him more joy than striving to achieve the best quality of care and seeing his patients smile confidently.
Dr. Adam spends as much free time as possible outdoors some of his favourite activities include fishing, basketball and playing golf. As a foodie, you can regularly find him and his wife exploring new restaurants throughout the city.
Dr. Natalie Wong, DDS
Dr. Natalie Wong graduated from the University of Toronto with her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1996 and received her Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2007.
She is the only dentist that has attained a combination of the U.S. Board Certification in Implant Dentistry (Diplomate from the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI) – 2003), U.S. Board Certification in Prosthodontics (Diplomate of American Board of Prosthodontics (ABP) – 2008), and Canadian Board Certification in Prosthodontics (Fellow of Royal College of Dentists of Canada – 2008). She is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and holds Fellowships with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the Misch International Implant Institute Canada for which she was the lead Faculty Member.
Dr. Wong has served as the Co-Director and an Associate-in-Dentistry (clinical instructor) in the Implant Prosthodontic Unit, Graduate Prosthodontic Department, University of Toronto. She has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral Implantology, Department of Periodontology, Temple University. She is a Past-President of the ABOI, Past-President of the Association of Prosthodontists of Ontario and is Past-President of the AAID. She is the Founder and Director of the Toronto Implant Institute Inc. and the Malo Smiles Dental Centre in Canada.
Dr. Wong lectures nationally and internationally on implant dentistry and practices all aspects of implantology in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She takes great pride in providing one-on-one mentoring in both surgical and prosthetic phases of implant dentistry.
Dr. Mudar Azzam
Dr. Mudar Azzam has had the pleasure of practicing dentistry for several years in Chicago & Detroit. Dr. Azzam graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy & his experiences have helped him refine his skills & develop a well-rounded approach to dental care.
Dentistry isn’t just his profession—it’s his passion. He’s committed to providing top-notch care in every aspect of dentistry, from routine check-ups & cleanings to more complex procedures. His goal is to make every visit positive & comfortable, ensuring that you feel at ease. He believes in clear communication, gentle techniques & personalized care plans that meet your unique needs.

Cindy Guo, RDH
Cindy graduated from George Brown College in 2020 and has been working a registered dental hygienist since. Prior to working in the dental field, Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science from McMaster University, which drives her to provide evidence-based care to all her patients. She is always enthusiastic about learning about new technology and advances in oral hygiene. She is empathetic towards her patients and is always willing to accommodate their needs and preferences.
Outside the office, Cindy enjoys spending time outdoors with her 3 little ones and cooking for her family.
Sarah Rzeszotko, RDH
Sarah Rzeszotko is a Self Initiated Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from Canadian College of Dental Health for Dental Hygiene in 2010 and George Brown College for Dental Assisting Level 2 in 2008. She works well with kids and elderly, with a working background at Lakeshore Place Retirement Home for 7 Years. She also personally has 2 small kids at home. Sarah can take care of your dental needs well with excellent detection skills and a knowledge base from working with an Orthodontist and Periodontist. She loves to educate her patients on the mouth and body connection. Sarah also takes pride in doing a good job cleaning teeth.
Sarah is our inhouse Oral Myofunctional Therapist. She is the owner of the independent hygiene &
myofunctional therapy practice Westshore Dental Hygiene Clinic. For added patient convenience, she
operates within Lighthouse Dental. She provides patients with an individualized approach and teaches
them the importance of tongue placement, along with nose breathing to better their overall health.
When she is not at work, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also spends time staying updated on the current dental education. What brings her joy is dancing in her family room with the kids and hanging out with her neighbours, strengthening her connection to the community.

Dr. Thomas Priemer
Dr. Thomas Priemer is a soft spoken, gentle dentist who takes the time to listen to your concerns and to explain the treatment options.
He received his dental degree in Germany in 1997 and his Canadian dental license in 2000. He is a Member in Good Standing with the New Brunswick Dental Society since September 2000 and active on several committees at the regional (Greater Moncton Dental Society), provincial (NBDS) and national level (Canadian Dental Association). He is also a member of the International Association of Orthodontics.
His keen interest in orthodontics started in Germany working closely with orthodontic practitioners and continued in Canada under the tutelage of internationally recognized clinicians and lecturers on the subject of orthodontics, orthopedics, snoring and TMJ.
Dr. Priemer’s passion for dentistry and dedication for continuing education is reflected in his modern dental clinic with its state-of-the-art technology such as digital x-rays and impressions, computer aided bite evaluation and CAD-CAM precision dental restorations.
Dr. Priemer has been restoring dental implants since dental school and has been placing dental implants since 2007 after attending a mentorship program at Dalhousie Dental School under the guidance of world leaders in dental implants.
Dr. Priemer is certified in clear aligner therapy (Invisalign®), administering nitous oxide for conscious sedation and in soft tissue laser treatment.
When not providing dental care for his patients, Dr. Priemer enjoys curling, skiing, sailing and spending time with his family.
Dr. Lubna Khddyer
Lubna Khddyer is a dedicated and skilled dental professional with a passion for providing top-quality care to her patients.
In 2016, Lubna embarked on her dental journey, obtaining her dental degree from Ayman University in the UAE. Her commitment to excellence led her to pursue additional training and certifications, including being Kois Trained, ensuring that she stays updated on the latest advancements in dentistry.
Known for her friendly demeanor, efficiency, and enthusiastic approach, Lubna believes in a patient-centered treatment philosophy. She is driven by the desire to provide evidence-based dental care, recognizing the profound impact that oral health can have on overall well-being. Lubna finds true fulfillment in helping her patients achieve optimum oral health and witnessing the positive effects it has on their lives.
Beyond her professional life, Lubna finds joy in exploring new places through travel. Spain and Lebanon hold a special place in her heart, and she embraces the cultural experiences these countries offer. As an avid sports enthusiast, Lubna has been captivated by European soccer since childhood and continues to watch and engage with the sport passionately.

Erin
Erin is our Office Manager and has been a valued part of our team since 2021. She was
originally trained as a Medical Administrative Assistant. Erin helps keep everything
running smoothly while supporting both patients and staff. Outside of the office, she
enjoys spending time with her family and proudly embraces her role as a hockey mom.
Meegan
Meegan is our clinical manager/dental assistant. She graduated from Holland College as a level II dental assistant and has been working alongside Dr. Priemer for over 20 years. She is a member of the New Brunswick Dental Assistants Association and is great with kids and always up for a friendly banter with our senior patients. Outside of work she can be spotted walking her dog or at the rink watching her son play hockey.
Kalli
Kalli joined us in October 2019 as registered dental assistant with 7 years of experience
and enjoys keeping patients informed about how to maintain a healthy smile. She
graduated from Oulton College in 2014 as a Level II Dental Assistant. Kalli is from originally from Sackville NB and enjoys decorating and spending time with her husband, two cats, friends and family.
Michelle
Michelle graduated from Dalhousie University’s Dental hygiene program in 2003 and
has a wealth of experience working as a dental hygienist. She is licensed by the New
Brunswick College of Dental Hygienists. She is also a member of the Canadian Dental Hygiene Association. Her skills, along with her upbeat and friendly nature is a great asset to the team. She is very much a family person and enjoys spending her days staying active.
Rachanny
Rachanny graduated from Algonquin College, Ottawa in 2015 and is licensed by the
New Brunswick College of Dental Hygienists. She is also a member of the Canadian
Dental Hygiene Association. She is passionate about promoting oral health and
preventative care. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and Fiancé.
Rachel
Rachel is from Moncton. She graduated with Honors with Distinction from the Dental
Hygiene Program at Oulton College. She is a member of New Brunswick College of
Dental Hygienists and the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association. She also holds a
Bachelor’s degree from Crandall University. During her spare time Rachel enjoys
spending time with her husband and trying new hobbies.
Regan
Regan is our Treatment Coordinator and one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you arrive. She is here to greet patients, book appointments, and help navigate insurance and billing questions. Regan is always available to assist and ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and loves being with her two puppies.
Halee
Halee is one of our Dental Assistants and a dedicated member of our team. She graduated from Oulton College in 2023 as a Level II Dental Assistant. Halee is committed to making patients feel comfortable while providing a high level of care during every visit. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as with her two dogs.
Jerin
Jerin is our Registered Dental Hygienist and an important part of our clinical team. She
graduated from Oulton College in 2021 and is licensed by the New Brunswick College
of Dental Hygienists. Jerin is also a member of the Canadian Dental Hygienists
Association. She is highly skilled, passionate about patient care, and dedicated to
providing thorough, comfortable dental hygiene visits.
Avery
Avery is one of our Dental Assistants and a valued member of our clinical team. She graduated from Oulton College in 2023. Avery assists the dentist with a wide range of procedures and is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and safe during their visits. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Emily
Emily is our Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant. She graduated from Oulton College in 2019 as a level II dental assistant and has had a passion for the dental field ever since. Emily is a member of the New Brunswick Dental Assistants Association and is dedicated to providing supportive, patient-focused care. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and fiancé.
